A properly streched glute not only serves you well in your everyday life but you can fully eliminate your lower-back pain and reduce the risk of injuries.



The gluteus maximus, medius, minimus and the piriformis and obturator muscles are all require a slightly different treatment and streching, but most of these are covered in the following videos:
